We want you to receive the RiderStand edition and finish you selected.

Return window

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to request a return. Items must be unused, complete and returned with original accessories and packaging. Product condition will be inspected before a refund is approved.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.

Non-returnable conditions

Used essential oils, products showing avoidable damage, and items missing components may not qualify for a full refund. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.

Return shipping and refunds

Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your request is approved. Original and return delivery costs may be deducted unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
